You and anyone else that you name (friend, spouse, child, etc.) will own your LLC.
visitor.us will act as your LLC's registered agent, meaning that we're your company's administrator, able to receive mail on behalf of your LLC and make changes that you authorize to your LLC.
While visitor.us will act as your LLC's registered agent, visitor.us will not have any economic ownership interest in, or control of, your LLC or your vehicle.
