If you are using visitor.us, the vehicle's prior title should be assigned to your Montana LLC

When you sign up for visitor.us, we will form a Montana Limited Liability Company (LLC), owned 100% by you.

Upon formation, visitor.us will provide the name and address of your Montana LLC.

Your Montana LLC will be the owner of the vehicle, and it should be listed as the vehicle's buyer on the Prior Title.

(If you are buying from a dealer, your salesperson should list your Montana LLC as the buyer on its paperwork.)

You should sign on behalf of your Montana LLC as follows:

Example LLC by John Doe, CEO

(Where Example LLC is the name of your Montana LLC, and John Doe is your signature.)

If your vehicle's title is assigned to you as an individual, instead of to your LLC, it's not the end of the world - but it does require an extra step or two.

Kindly let visitor.us know as soon as possible if your vehicle's title has been assigned to you as an individual, and we'll prepare the next steps.
