Licensed Montana auto dealers are able to generate Montana Temporary Registration Permits (temp tags) through a portal offered by the State of Montana.
The process takes less than five minutes, but a person has to do it.
So if you request your temp tags during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday 16:00GMT - 23:00GMT), we’ll generate and email it to you within a couple of hours.
Requests may, on occasion, and for kind and polite customers, be actioned outside of our normal business hours.
