You can name your Montana Limited Liability Company (LLC) anything, as long as the proposed name is distinguishable from another business that is currently registered and in good standing with the Montana Secretary of State's office.
Things that don't distinguish an LLC name include ampersand, words like the, a, and, or a, or corporate identifiers, inc, co, LLC, LTD, PC, company, limited, ffetc. Do not constitute a significant difference for filing. Use of special characters, plurals, possessives, conjunction, punctuation, or tense does not constitute a significant difference.
