If the vehicle's title wasn't signed correctly by the owner or owners, the owner still owns that vehicle, the transfer has not happened.

In order to capture the seller's intent to transfer the vehicle, the Montana authorities will accept a notarized bill of sale, in the Montana format, to be submitted.

visitor.us can populate this notarized bill of sale form in Montana's desired format with the vehicle's details. The seller can then notarize the document anywhere in the world and send to visitor.us

We have submitted and the Montana Secretary of State has accepted documents notarized in Hong Kong, Chile, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
